Our well appointed, clean, comfortable and affordable self contained holiday units have everything you need including digital TV's and DVD players. We have packages to suite all ages and are continually looking at ways to make the holiday experience even better. You can also discuss exclusive use of the property for clubs, family get together's or for any reason. So whether you are a family, couple, a group of friends or in a club, we can provide for all your holiday needs.  
Each of the eight two bedroom units give great accommodation options with facilities which include Queen size beds in the main bedrooms, singles beds or a mixture of singles and bunks in the second room, electric blankets on all beds, well equipped kitchens with full cooking facilities, remote controlled TV's and DVD players.
We also have a guest's laundry with washing machines, dryers and iron. Cots & high chairs are available.
All linen is supplied. 
The four beautifully presented garden units comfortably sleep four, and are shaded by the canopy of deciduous trees, which provide a splendour of Autumn colour.
They overlook the shady gardens and lawn/BBQ area. 
The four two bedroom Buffalo view units each comfortably sleep four and have their own outdoor area at the rear with garden furniture.
They overlook the grassed area leading down to the Ovens River and have the most spectacular views of the majestic Mt Buffalo. 
Each unit has a bike rack for safe storage of your bikes. They also have outdoor table and chairs so you can enjoy the morning sun whilst having breakfast and reading the paper.
