DEPOSITS POLICY FOR BOOKINGS
A deposit (up to 50%) is required in confirmation at time of booking.
Deposits for bookings at all times except School Holidays, Long weekends and Local Festivals will be refunded if 30 days notice of cancellation is given. For multiple unit bookings or bookings of more than a week, deposits for each unit or week are not transferable to other units or weeks in event of cancellation within 30 days.
Balance of tariff to be paid on arrival.

School Holidays, Long weekends and Local Festivals the period of notice for cancellation refund is 60 days.
